Yesterday, Dan and Linnae Wingate embarked on their new career, and we are proud of them.   It was a great sight to see them at work, and we look forward to seeing their kids develop into the same spirit of individual entrepreneurship that their parents have.  At yesterday’s auction, the kids “pitched in” to help make a successful auction, while Grandfather Dan and Grandmother Phyllis (Wingate) smiled as they watched their son Dan II, and daughter-in-law Linnae, and the grandchildren “kick off” their new family-oriented career as our new Quad City auctioneer service.

Tomorrow, Dan begins a week-long training session, and when he returns home next week, he will be a qualified and certified full-fledged auctioneer.  More importantly, Dan will be back home just in time to enjoy a birthday party for his son!  When that party is over, get ready!  That family is about to make themselves famous in the Quad Cities as the best, hardest working, and honest auction house in our region.

DAN –  BEST WISHES AS YOU HEAD FOR AMES, IOWA, FOR YOUR TRAINING.  C’MON BACK HOME NEXT WEEK AS THE TOP “CHANTER” IN THE BUSINESS.  REMEMBER, ALWAYS –  AUCTIONS ARE FUN!  YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR AND YOUR WORK-ETHIC ARE THE GREATEST!  WE WISH YOU AWESOME SUCCESS — TO YOU AND YOUR FINE FAMILY!

cheapclix.net is proud to announce the news of another up-and-coming new business to the Quad Cities.

Yes! You guys are AWSOME! It was fun to watch you in action, so organized, so hard working and enthusistic about your new venture. Reminds me of Ken and me. It is unusual to find a couple who works so well together and it is our experience that those couples who have this gift are the ones who succeed. The support you give each other is a wonderful thing. Keep it up and we wish you fabulous success! If anyone can do it, you two can! Glod Bless You and your whole beautiful family!

Thank you so much, it is really because of you guys and my job situation that pushed me because I was still undecided. You gave me that extra shove, and I had always wanted to do this and finally did. It was a great time in class met some very powerful auctioneers and hope to follow their footsteps and have a sucessful career ahead of me. My next step is to get my real estate license in both Iowa/Illinois and try to open up the most modern auction house possible and still use the 10 different traditional ways to sell Real estate, Estates, Vehicles, Personal Property, and all the other valuble resources available. Plan to start putting my next auction together early next week and hope to see everyone there. Stopped by the milan auction last night at about 9:00 and they were still selling so I ran a few numbers and even if you sell one mans junk to make another mans treasure you can still make a fortune. What would happen if you sold another mans treasure, I think we could both smile, being the buyer and the seller. Let’s get together sometime soon so we can get drunk and talk smart and i’ll let you know a few great things I learned up in Ames. By the way Ames, Iowa is the 9th best place to live in America according to Money magazine. I couldn’t believe it, it was a boring town for a college town, my opinion. Once again thank you so much Ken and Diane!!!
